Objective: To create targeted and compelling web copy for diverse clients, showcasing the value of UX research for Ventive, the Employee Retention Tax Credit for StrikeTax, and leadership development for InForce.

In these projects, I tackled diverse content challenges for three different clients:

Ventive (Digital Agency): Crafted content that highlights the ROI from UX research, catering to varying levels of UX design knowledge and aided in the design and layout of the page.

StrikeTax (Specialty Tax Advisory): Created a comprehensive guide on the Employee Retention Tax Credit and aided in the design and layout of the page.

InForce (HR Solutions): Developed compelling content that showcases InForce’s innovative leadership development tools.

Results:

  • Deepened Understanding: Ventive

    Researched, designed, and created this landing page from scratch, with help in the final stages. Achieved an increase in client comprehension of UX research's ROI, making it accessible to clients with various UX design expertise levels, catering to a broader range of needs.

  • Strategic Impact: StrikeTax

    The complete overhaul of the Employee Retention Tax Credit landing page led to a 25% higher time on page and a 15% lower bounce rate. It further solidified Strike’s place in the tax advisory sphere.

  • Leadership Connection: InForce

    I helped this team take their old copy to the next level. In need of a refresh, I helped InForce create compelling copy to increase enrollment before the launch of their Variety Sprint. The compelling content resonated with a broad audience, resulting in engagement with new leads.

  • Bolstered Brand Image

  • Across the board, the tailored content reinforced the clients' brand identity, elevating Ventive, StrikeTax, and InForce as leaders in their fields.
